With almost 30 years of experience in the education sector, I have cultivated a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success across various roles. Beginning my career as a dedicated teacher, I quickly transitioned into outdoor education, where I developed my leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills through immersive experiential learning programs. As my journey in education progressed, I assumed leadership positions, including Director, where I oversaw the development and implementation of comprehensive educational programs. Six years ago, I embraced a new challenge as an ICT Project Manager, where I successfully led complex technology initiatives, streamlined processes and enhanced system functionalities. My background in project management in the outdoor education field has seamlessly transferred to the ICT sector, allowing me to effectively manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders and drive innovation in educational technology. Leveraging my extensive experience in education and ICT project management, I have developed a unique ability to bridge the gap between pedagogy and technology, ensuring that educational objectives are met while leveraging the power of technology to enhance student learning experiences.
