Novana is the intelligent layer for schools - AI-native infrastructure for continuous educational quality improvement. Every school generates more data than ever. Yet in the AI age, no institution feels more uncertain. Buried in data. Lacking the clarity to lead. The category is fragmented and vertical: LMS runs instruction, SIS tracks students, accreditation portals support a once-every-several-years scramble. No one owns the horizontal layer. Novana does. Current stacks stay. Data and context flow in. Intelligence flows out — shaped to each school.

Three principles:
1. Framework-agnostic. Map evidence against any standard, automatically.
2. Whole-school. Academics, human development, operations — not a single vertical.
3. Layered, not replacing. Existing investments compound rather than churn.

AI grounded in each school's vision, mission, evidence, and active cycles. Privacy-first by design.

Accreditation is the wedge: sharp pain, mandatory spend, defensible entry. The platform expands from there into the operating system for school quality.
