Explore Career Academy is an innovative EdTech company dedicated to helping schools build sustainable career literacy systems that prepare students for life beyond graduation. Founded by Jamaican educator and international school leader Dr. Sophia Nicole Morgan, the organization supports K–12 schools in moving beyond one-time career events to structured, age-appropriate career development programs that help students graduate with clarity, purpose, and a plan.

The Explore Career Academy ecosystem includes curriculum resources, student workbooks, educator toolkits, professional development, advisory services, and the soon-to-be-launched Career Clarity App. Together, these resources support self-discovery, career exploration, pathway planning, and goal setting, enabling students to make informed decisions about their educational and career futures.
