Louise Ryves is a seasoned digital health executive with a career spanning strategy, data partnerships, and ecosystem development across some of Australia’s most influential health technology organisations. Currently focused on growth strategy with a strong emphasis on analytics and AI, Louise brings deep expertise in building connected care ecosystems and driving commercial outcomes at scale. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Telstra Health, where as General Manager Ecosystem she championed interoperability initiatives to simplify how technology partners connect with primary care platforms. Prior to that, she held the position of General Manager Ecosystem at MedicalDirector, where she played a central role in accelerating cloud adoption and data security in primary care. Louise’s background also includes roles at Quantium, Aon Hewitt, and Russell Investment Group, giving her a cross-sector perspective on data and commercial strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Bayes Business School (London). A respected voice in the digital health community, Louise has contributed to national conversations around data-driven care, interoperability, and the future of primary care in Australia.
