Bobban Philip Jose brings over two decades of distinguished experience in aviation operations, cargo management, and executive leadership within the airport services industry. His journey began in 2003 with Jet Airways Cargo, where he established his foundation in aviation operations and cargo handling excellence. Building upon his early success, Bobban spent a pivotal decade with Singapore Airlines Cargo, ascending to the position of Head of Sales & Services for Karnataka, Hyderabad, and Cochin regions. During this tenure, he demonstrated exceptional capabilities in strategic planning and operational management, consistently delivering superior results across multiple stations. In September 2015, Bobban joined Air India SATS Airport Services (AISATS) as Vice President of Cargo Projects in Bangalore, marking the beginning of a transformative 9-year and 4-month journey with the organization. His remarkable leadership and operational acumen led to his elevation to Chief Operations Officer, where he successfully orchestrated ground and cargo handling operations across five major Indian airports - Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mangalore, and Trivandrum. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer of Ground Team Red Sdn Bhd since January 2025, Bobban continues to exemplify operational excellence and innovative leadership. His extensive expertise in station management, ground operations, and business development positions him perfectly to drive GTR's operational success and strategic growth initiatives. Bobban's postgraduate qualification in International Business, combined with his comprehensive understanding of aviation operations and proven track record of delivering results, establishes him as a key figure in the airport services industry.
