Tsung-che Yang is currently the Manager of the Planning Section in the Train Operations Division at Taipei Metro. He specializes in the planning and optimization of train operation scheduling, bringing extensive professional knowledge and practical experience to the role. Previously, he served as an Operation Control Center Train Controller and Chief Controller for Taipei Metro's high-capacity system, gaining substantial hands-on expertise in train scheduling and system operations.    In addition, Tsung-che Yang participated in the pre-opening consultancy work for the Taoyuan Airport MRT line, contributing to the establishment of its Operation Control Center's operational systems, laying a solid foundation for its stable operation. He was also actively involved in the preparation and commissioning of the Taipei Metro Circular Line, making significant contributions to the ongoing development of the metro system.
