Kin-Ho Lam is Hong Kong Tramways’ Senior Engineering Manager. He has worked in Tramways since 2003. He has been in charge since 2019 of the Engineering Department which is responsible for maintenance of the 165 double-deck tramcars fleet and infrastructure, as well as the in-house construction of the tramcar and bogie. This tramway system in Hong Kong is unique in the world. KH leads the teams to handle all problem fixing, supply chain issues, reverse engineering tasks and system modernization for these heritage trams, ensuring a very good level of availability of the fleet for daily operations. KH graduated from the University of Hong Kong and holds the Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
