Keisuke Kiyotani（Mr.） Manager, East Japan Railway Company Kiyotani Keisuke is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering and project management within the transportation filed. He currently serves as the Manager of International Business Development, Planning & Strategy Division, within the Tokyo Metropolitan Area Construction Project Management Office at the East Japan Railway Company. He has conducted extensive road and railway projects not only in domestic, but also in international markets, and has contributed to JR Shibuya Station Improvement Project and India’s First Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail project. Keisuke Kiyotani pursued advanced studies in “Construction Engineering and Management” and “Transportation Policy and Management” at the graduate school in the United States. He holds a qualification as a Professional Engineer (Civil Engineering and Engineering Management) in Japan. Additionally, he is an active member of Japan Society of Civil Engineers and Japan Railway Civil Engineering Association.
