25+ years of IT experiences working in several major companies in Manufacturing, Finance, Mining, FMCG, consultancy. Experienced in handling 42+ major IT projects in various area (Infrastructure, system development, etc) throughout the years. Holds Computer Science degree and Master degree in Finance. Have several technical certifications and never stop learning anything interesting (currently learning ML using TensorFlow/Keras framework in my spare time). Love technologies and still actively do back-end programming, code reviews & system design albeit only small portion in the work schedule. Dian joined PT Jakarta MRT in Dec 2023 with the goal in mind to tranform current IT division to be internet-startup agility and less dependent to vendors. And in 1 year have managed to increase IT internal capabilities and skills, reduce number of vendors and faster solutions delivery to the end user in agile manner. Future goal assigned by the management would be to create digital products and services that would be commercially available to other companies.
