Dr. Meenakshi Jain brings over 15 years of expertise in clinical pathology, making significant contributions at Unilabs Middle East, where she currently serves as Laboratory Director in the UAE. With an MD in Pathology from Seth G.S. Medical College, Mumbai University, she brings a wealth of experience not only in diagnostic pathology but also in quality management and laboratory operations. She is a certified auditor for ISO 15189:2022 and the College of American Pathologists (CAP), with extensive training in method validation and quality systems essential to modern laboratory practice. In her leadership role, Dr. Meenakshi Jain oversees comprehensive laboratory operations, including clinical chemistry, haematology, coagulation, validation, and quality assurance. Her analytical expertise and strategic oversight have played a key role in establishing Unilabs as a regional centre of excellence in diagnostics. A strong proponent of accreditation and best practices in laboratory medicine, she is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through the implementation of rigorous quality standards and continuous innovation.
