With the advent of Pay Day Super, automated employee onboarding is no longer a convenience but a necessity for employers to meet the strict 7-day limit for superannuation payments. Xonboard addresses this challenge by validating super details at the point of employee onboarding, ensuring employers remain compliant and super payments aren’t rejected due to incorrect member details.
