Laurel has also empowered RSM advisors to transition over 4,000 businesses to the cloud, driving efficiency and innovation across diverse industries. In her role, Laurel established Subscription Services by RSM, the firm’s pioneering internal subscription offering—the first of its kind among accounting firms in Australia. This program provides clients with exclusive discounts on leading Software-as-a-Service solutions, delivering exceptional value and flexibility. Her strong partnerships with cloud technology providers ensure clients receive up-to-date insights and tailored support. With a hands-on approach and a passion for digital transformation, Laurel develops strategic cloud technology roadmaps and guides organisations through complex implementation processes. By deeply understanding client needs, she ensures businesses adopt the right solutions to achieve sustainable growth. Before joining RSM, Laurel founded Get Digital Flow, a consulting firm focused on helping businesses embrace technology. She also hosted “Teach Me Tech” in collaboration with Bizversity, educating global audiences on selecting and implementing the best business applications. Laurel’s career also includes international experience in Thailand and Singapore, where she worked on technology and business initiatives, as well as a successful background in coaching, training, and professional organising, helping individuals and organisations optimise performance and efficiency.
Laurel is an avid traveller, regularly visiting family in the US and Canada. She also enjoys photography, graphic design, and interior design - her creative eye and organisational skills shine both professionally and personally.
