Dean has held a variety of digital leadership roles over the last 25 years, with a history of successful transformations in the pursuit of world-class customer experiences.   
Prior to joining MYOB, Dean was Chief Customer Officer at e-commerce platform The Iconic, Chief Executive Officer for Virgin Loyalty and held executive roles at American Express.   
Dean was recognised as #11 in Mi3’s CMO Awards 2025.
