We offer a limited number of VIP passes to full-time employees working at specific vaccine sites in the US. This exclusive opportunity is designed to support the dedicated professionals in the pharmaceutical sector.
Eligibility Criteria for VIP Pass
To qualify, you must work the majority of your time at one of the following vaccine sites:

Massachusetts and Rockville, Maryland,

: Employees based in
Gaithersburg,
Maryland and Wilmington, Delaware

Pfizer
: Employees based in
Pearl River,
New York, United States

: Employees based in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania and Pearl River, New York, United States
Merck
: Employees based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
Takeda

Employees based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States
The WVC is supporting as many local vaccine sites as possible to attend the congress, limited to the above and capacity permitting. WVC has the right to withdraw this at any time and it cannot be use to exchange or refund existing paid tickets. Colleagues based at different sites must visit the registration page for their tickets.
