Rickard Lindell is Head of Digital Advice in Nordea, the largest financial services group in the Nordic region and one of the biggest banks in Europe.
As Head of Digital Advice the aim is to enable all customers to have easy and relevant access to help with their financial life, this mean developing new service and a whole new customer experience, enabling Nordea to reach more customers with better and more effective service.
Mr Lindell have a long history as a leader in Nordea focused around innovation, digital development and value to customers. He lives in Uppsala, just outside of Stockholm with wife and two kids.
