Ludivine Chevy de Lavison joined the Orange Group in 2014, holding the position as HR Director at Orange Cyberdefense for seven years until she was appointed as Chief of Staff to Elizabeth Tchoungui - Group Executive Vice President, CSR, Diversity and Solidarity at Orange Group. The position enabled her to develop her strategic and cross-functional CSR skills in relation to business activities. Since July 2023, Ludivine has held the position of Head of Sustainable Engagement and Accessibility as part of the Marketing and Design division. In her role, Ludivine and her team, support the divisions, countries and entities of the Orange Group to integrate ‘ESG by-design’ (accessibility, eco-conception, trust and ethics) into Orange products and services as well as helping them to develop ESG solutions for both business and consumer customers.
