Ubonpan Chuenchom is Vice President, Carrier Customer Businesses Department at National Telecom (NT), where she oversees international carrier and wholesale telecommunications business initiatives for Thailand’s national telecommunications operator.

She has been part of NT since the merger of CAT Telecom and TOT in 2021, supporting the integration and development of carrier business operations within one of Thailand’s largest telecom infrastructure providers. Prior to NT, she held leadership roles at CAT Telecom, with experience spanning international telecommunications and carrier business management.

Ubonpan holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Kasetsart University.
