Shalik Ram Subedi is Manager within the Information Technology Directorate, Business Support System (BSS) at Nepal Telecom, where he oversees the development, management, and operation of IT systems supporting the company's telecommunications services and business operations.

He has more than 20 years of experience spanning information technology, telecommunications, and higher education. Since joining Nepal Telecom in 2012 as an Engineer, he has progressed through a series of leadership roles, serving as Deputy Manager before being appointed Manager in 2022. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to the planning, implementation, and management of business support systems and IT infrastructure supporting Nepal Telecom's digital transformation.

Prior to joining Nepal Telecom, Shalik served as a Lecturer at Tribhuvan University for more than eight years, teaching engineering and information technology subjects while contributing to the development of future ICT professionals.

Shalik holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Institute of Engineering. His background combines technical expertise in information and communication technologies with extensive experience in telecommunications IT systems, business support systems, and technology management.
