Aulia Rahma Amin is General Manager of the Data Solutions API Business at Telkomsel, where he leads strategic initiatives to monetize telco data through APIs supporting identity verification, fraud prevention, credit scoring, and data cleanroom solutions. He also oversees the Indonesia Open API Gateway initiative and the federation of telco APIs across multiple operators—enabling faster digital service deployment, simplified integration, and new revenue opportunities.

With over 17 years at Telkomsel, Aulia has built and scaled the company’s data monetization business from inception to a multi-million-dollar operation. His leadership has spanned product development, analytics, and platform strategy, with proven impact across financial services, martech, and digital security. In 2024, he delivered 38% year-on-year revenue growth for Telkomsel’s API business line.

Aulia holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Advanced Computer Science and IT Management from The University of Manchester, and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics (Cum Laude) from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He has also completed the Leading with Finance program from Harvard Business School Online.
