SELIRA is a multidimensional operational twin for network operations, built for the moment every change, ticket and incident actually begins: working out which system to believe. It holds planned, as-built and discovered inventory as separate, dated claims rather than reconciling them into one record — so a NOC engineer, planner or field team asks one question and gets every system's version, ranked and attributed, instead of the version that happened to win. Changes are checked against what the field and discovery report, not against inventory alone. Incident reviews read the network as it was believed to be at the time, not as it has since been corrected. And the automation and AI agents now entering the NOC inherit the same property as the people: every answer carries where it came from.
