Vinay V is Chief Technology, Planning & Operations Officer, APAC, at Lightstorm, where he leads technology direction, network planning and operations across Asia-Pacific. He brings hyperscale engineering experience to the development of programmable networks for the AI and cloud era. With more than 25 years of experience, Vinay combines technical depth with engineering leadership and complex infrastructure delivery. 
At Lightstorm, Vinay is driving AI fabric and AIOps initiatives to support the bandwidth, latency and resilience requirements of training and inference. He is shaping a roadmap for touchless provisioning and self-healing networks through software-defined networking and agentic AI, bringing optical transport, IP infrastructure and data centre interconnection into an integrated, programmable network.
