Nic Wilson is a senior sales executive and growth leader with more than a decade of experience building and scaling global commercial organizations across a variety of industries. He currently serves as SVP, Head of Global Sales at FiberSense, where he is responsible for building and leading the worldwide sales organization, driving revenue growth, and expanding strategic partnerships for the company’s groundbreaking fiber-optic sensing solutions. Prior to joining FiberSense, Nic was SVP, Commercial and Global Alliances at nference, where he built the go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and customer success teams for AI-powered biomedical software solutions. His leadership helped biopharma, healthcare, and life sciences partners leverage advanced data platforms to accelerate scientific discovery and improve patient outcomes. Earlier in his career, Nic held senior leadership roles at Xperi (TiVo), where he directed customer success, product deployments, and technical sales across North and South America, overseeing major IPTV and streaming launches. He began his career in software engineering at Fan TV (Fanhattan), giving him a strong technical foundation that informs his commercial leadership.
