Prior to his current appointment, Philip was the Head of Regional Business Development for China UnionPay's Southeast Asia's office. As the first international hire of China UnionPay, Philip spear-headed and, is credited, for the initiation, development and growing traction for both acquiring and, issuing across more than 13 countries in ASEAN, South ASIA, and the Pacific Islands.
