Allto has a proven track record in developing customer insight, customer behavior, analytics, data architecture technology include operating model.

Previously he worked at AXA Indonesia a Head of Customer Management and Research, where he assigned to build CRM ecosystem and lead consumer research for product and brand proposition. Prior to that, he worked as Management Consultant at Ernst & Young and KPMG, then joined XL Axiata with various roles such as revenue assurance, business intelligence, and customer analytics, pricing and yields management.
