As the Director of E-Commerce within Coca-Cola North America's supply chain, Nicole is responsible for building out a strategy and standing up a supply chain operating model to meet the company's short and long term e-commerce objectives. Her responsibility spans from the implementation of new products and packages to the design of facilities and IT systems required to meet e-commerce customer and consumer expectations. Over the course of her five years at Coke, Nicole has held a variety of supply chain and strategy roles, including the chief of staff for Coca-Cola Refreshment's Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Nicole spent seven years as a supply chain consultant, where she applied industry-focused insights, supply chain best practices and advanced analytics to craft ownable strategies to decrease supply chain costs, reduce working capital, and increase customer service for Fortune 500 companies. She also gained invaluable international experience in a supply chain planning role at Kraft Foods in London.
Nicole earned her B.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. In her spare time she enjoys international travel, fitness and spending time with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Amelia.
