Albert is responsible for the Interconnected / Omnichannel in-store customer experience for The Home Depot’s 2,200+ locations. Albert’s brings 20+ years of experience specializing in Retail strategy, systems, and omnichannel enablement. His background comes largely from management consulting at McKinsey & Company, IBM Global Services, and Deloitte. Albert’s retail clients include Macys/Bloomingdales, CVS Caremark, Target, Walmart, Disney Stores, and international retailers including RONA, Tesco, and Ahold. Albert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California.
