Mr Chua Hsien Yang is the Chief Executive Officer of Keppel DC REIT Management Pte Ltd, overseeing the management of Keppel DC REIT’s portfolio of data centre assets across Asia Pacific and Europe.
Prior to joining Keppel DC REIT Management Pte Ltd, he headed the investment team of Keppel REIT Management Limited, the manager of Keppel REIT, for six years. Mr Chua began his career with Hotel Plaza Limited (now known as Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited) where he was responsible for the asset management of the group-owned properties from 2001 to 2005, before joining Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, the manager of Ascott Residence Trust, as the director of business development and asset management from 2006 to 2008.
Mr Chua holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Canterbury and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
