Christopher J Kenney, Senior Marketing Director, APAC, Digital Realty

Mr. Kenney currently serves as Senior Vice President, International, and is responsible for Digital Realty’s (DLR) interests outside North America. Mr. Kenney had previously served as DLR’s senior investment officer since our Initial Public Offering in 2004, and was a Partner in the predecessor private equity fund, Global Innovation Partners, since its inception in 2001. In this capacity, Mr. Kenney has been instrumental in the growth of Digital Realty by leading the acquisition of both income producing assets and redevelopment sites, as well as structuring entity-level merger transactions and initiating several joint ventures.  

Previously, Mr. Kenney was a Senior Acquisitions Director with CB Richard Ellis Investors, and served in various portfolio management roles for institutional clients. Mr. Kenney has over 25 years of institutional real estate acquisition and portfolio management experience, including over 15 years of data center specific activity, and has been involved in investments and transaction throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Kenney has Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
