Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, from Norwegian Business School. She has previously led Flytoget’s B2B sales and now oversees the development and optimization of the company’s sales channels, along with managing related commercial partnerships. In 2023, she also assumed responsibility for Innovation at Flytoget. Heidi has been a member of Flytoget’s Board of Directors for the past five years. Together they have been responsible for developing Flytogets CRM and customer service solutions, the EMV payment solution for ticketless travel, and been a part of the team that, as the first ones in the world, developed ticketless travel with magstripe in 2001. Today they manage two of the largest active projects at Flytoget; the deployment and development of digital ticket machines for all stations, and Masterprofile; implementing omnichannel PSP with account based ticketing.
