Rail Live 2025 will take place on 25th - 27th November 2025 at IFEMA Madrid, Spain.

Your free exhibition and conference pass gives you full access to the conference and exhibition hall during the 3 days of the event.

• Ensure you are using a unique email address which hasn't been used to register already

• Speakers should already be automatically registered by a Rail Live team member

• The registration process should only take a couple of minutes, if you have a large team then we strongly advise you forwarding them the link to register themselves

Your badge will be emailed to you. Please print this out and bring the A4 print out to the show. You can also find your QR code on the Terrapinn Events app under "My Badge" section.

Upon arrival at the venue, simply show the QR code from either your emailed ticket or from the “My Badge” section within the app at the registration desk. We will print out your badge for you.

Terrapinn Events App is our official networking app and will turn live on the 11th November for all attendees. You will be emailed your login details.

We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and there will be security present at many points at the venue. You must always have a badge on you to be at the event.

Yes, a cloak room will be available on site and you will be able to pay by card or cash.

There will be food and beverages available to purchase.
