Yes, we offer free entry for visitors, to access this please make sure you are registered. Register here .
What type of passes exist?

– Includes access to the exhibition hall, all conference sessions and limited functions on the networking app during the three days of the event

Upgraded Visitor Pass
– €200 – Includes access to the exhibition hall, all conference sessions and full access to the networking app including full attendee list and the possibility to book and request meetings with other attendees during and after the event
- Complimentary Pass – Free and strictly only available for senior level rail operators, infrastructure managers and government entities prior to Terrapinn’s approval – Includes access to the exhibition, all conference sessions and full Access to the networking app including full attendee list and the possibility to book and request meetings with other attendees during and after the event
How do I get my badge to enter the show?
You can find your badge/QR code on the Event App and you must show it at the registration desk upon your arrival at the venue. We’re expecting 10,000 attendees and having this in hand will help us to make arrivals faster and easier.
Exhibitors – Badge collection
Sponsors and exhibitors can collect their badges at the registration desk on Tuesday 25th November between 13:00 and 17:00 . All attendees registration will be open from 09:00 on Wednesday 26 th November.

Speakers should’ve been registered automatically by a member of the Rail Live! team.
- The registration process should only take a couple of minutes. If you are coming with a big team, we suggest you to send the registration link to each person so they can register themselves.
Is there a dress code?
Our attendees usually wear business attires at our events.
Can I bring my child?
Entrance is not allowed to anyone under 16.

Exhibitors & Networking
Where can I see the floorplan?
We will have a big physical floorplan at the entrance to the hall, additionally you can easily access it through the event app or here .
What is the Event App?
The Event App is the networking tool that will tailor your experience and will make the event easier to navigate. It will be available for all attendees from Wednesday 12th November. Exhibitors will hav access prior to this date, more details are available in the exhibitor manual.
How do I get access to the Event App?
You must download the Event App before your arrival at the venue.
The Event App goes live on Wednesday 12

. On that day you’ll have to download it and log in with the same email you registered, we’ll send you instruction by email. You’ll need the app for several reasons:
- To see the floorplan and full list of exhibitors
- To see the full attendee list (if your pass includes this benefit)
- To personalise your experience by choosing the sessions and stands you don’t want to miss
- To see the full list of speakers
- Given that we won’t have physical agendas, you will only be able to access the full conference programme through the app. Bear in mind that all sessions are in person, you won’t be able to attend virtually and there won’t be any recodings.
- To conect and network with other attendees by booking meetings (if your pass includes this benefit)

Can I request meetings with other attendees?
If you acquired the upgraded visitor pass or were granted a VIP Pass, you can book and request meetings with all attendees through the Event App. This feature is not available on the Free Visitor Pass.

Conference
Where can I find the conference programme?
You can access the agenda in the Event App or here .
Do I need to pre-register to the sessions?
You don’t need to pre-register to the sessions. As long as you’ve registered to the event with any type of pass, you will have access to all sessions.
What language will the sessions be in?
The majority of the content is in English. There will be some sessions in Spanish. The Keynotes in the morning of day 1 will have interpretation into English where required.
Will I have access to the presentations slides?
Where the speaker gives permission, the slides will be available in the app approximately 1 week after the event.
Onsite Services
Will there be wifi?
Yes, there will be free wifi for all attendees inside the hall.
Will there be food and drinks available?
There will be food and drinks available to purchase at the venue, including vegetarian and vegan options. Terrapinn will not provide any free meals during the three days of the event.
Will there be a cloak room?
Yes, a cloak room will be available on site and you will be able to pay by card or cash.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, IFEMA Madrid is fully accessible and has step-free access, accessible toilets, and parking.
Health & Safety
Is there onsite security?
Yes, security staff will be present throughout the venue. You must always have a visible badge on you to be at the event.
Do you have health and safety measures in place?
We follow government and venue safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
What should I do if I feel unwell during the event?
If you’re feeling unwell please approach a member of staff wearing a rainbow lanyard or go to the registration desk for assistance.

¿Cómo consigo mi acreditación?
Puedes ver tu acreditación con código QR en la app oficial del evento y deberás mostrarla en la mesa de registro cuando llegues al recinto. Esperamos 10,000 asistentes por lo que tener tu acreditación con código QR a la mano nos ayudará a hacer el ingreso más rápido y fácil.
Expositores - Recojo de acreditaciones
Todos los expositores tienen la opción de recoger su acreditación en la mesa de registro el martes 25 de noviembre entre las 13:00 y 17:00 . El registro para el resto de asistentes abre el miércoles 26 de noviembre a las 09:00.

Asegúrate de estar utilizando una dirección de correo electrónico única que no se haya utilizado ya para registrarse.

Los ponentes deberían haber registrados automáticamente por un miembro del equipo de Rail Live!.

¿Hay un código de vestimenta?
Nuestros asistentes suelen vestir con atuendo de negocios en nuestros eventos.
¿Puedo llevar a mi hijo?
No se permitirá la entrada al evento a ninguna persona menor de 16 años.

Exposición y Networking
¿Dónde veo el plano de la feria?
Tendremos un plano físico grande en la entrada al pabellón, adicionalmente puedes encontrarlo en el app del evento o aquí .
¿Qué es el App del Evento?
El app del evento es la herramienta que facilitará tu experiencia y la hará a tu medida. Estará disponible para todos los asistentes desde el miércoles 12 de noviembre. Los expositores tendrán acceso previo a esa fecha, consultar el manual del expositor para más detalles.
¿Cómo consigo acceso a la aplicación oficial del evento?
Deberás descargar el app oficial del evento antes de asistir.
El app estará disponible desde el miércoles 12 de noviembre . Ese día deberás descargarla e iniciar sesión con el correo electrónico con el que te registraste, te enviaremos las instrucciones por correo electrónico. Necesitarás el app por varias razones:
- Ver el plano de la feria y la lista completa de expositores
- Ver la lista de asistentes (si tu pase incluye este beneficio)
- Personalizar tu experiencia seleccionando sesiones y stands que no quieres perderte
- Ver la lista completa de ponentes
- Dado que no tendremos agendas en físico, solo podrás acceder al programa de conferencias completo a través del app. Ten en cuenta que todas las sesiones son presenciales, no será posible asistir virtualmente ni tampoco habrán grabaciones.
- Conectar y hacer networking con otros asistentes solicitando reuniones (si tu pase incluye este beneficio)

¿Puedo solicitar reuniones con medios y otros asistentes?
Puedes conectar y solicitar reuniones con expositores y todos los demás asistentes a través de la aplicación del evento.
Si adquiriste el upgraded visitor pass o si cuentas con el VIP pass, tendrás la posibilidad de agendar y solicitar reuniones con otros asistentes a través del app. Esta función no estará disponible en el pase gratuito.

Conferencia
¿Dónde encuentro el programa de conferencias?
Puedes ver la agenda en la aplicación del evento o aquí .
¿Debo pre-registrarme a las charlas?
No necesitas hacer ningún pre-registro. Si ya te has registrado al evento con cualquier tipo de pase, tendrás garantizado el acceso a todas las sesiones de la conferencia.
¿En qué idioma se desarrollarán las sesiones?
La mayor parte del contenido es en inglés. Contaremos con algunas sesiones en español. Los Keynotes del día 1 serán contarán con interpretación en vivo al inglés cuando se requiera.
¿Tendré acceso a las presentaciones de las charlas?
En los casos donde el ponente dé su autorización, las presentaciones estarán disponibles en el app del evento aproximadamente 1 semana después del evento.
Servicios Presenciales
¿Habrá wifi durante la feria?
Sí, habrá acceso gratuito al wifi dentro del pabellón.
¿Habrán alimentos y bebidas disponibles?
Tendremos alimentos y bebidas a la venta dentro de la feria, incluyendo opciones vegetarianas y veganas. Terrapinn no proveerá ningún tipo de alimento de manera gratuita.
¿Habrá guarda ropa disponible?
Sí, tendremos guarda ropa dentro del recinto y podrás pagar el servicio con tarjeta o efectivo.
¿Hay acceso para discapacitados?
Sí, IFEMA Madrid cuenta con entradas con acceso disponible para personas con movilidad reducida, baños para discapacitados y estacionamientos para discapacitados.
Salud y Seguridad
¿Habrá seguridad en el evento?
Sí, habrá personal de seguridad a lo largo del recinto incluyendo el pabellón de la feria. Debes llevar siempre tu acreditación de forma visible para estar en el evento.
¿Cuentan con medidas de salud y seguridad?
Seguimos los lineamientos de seguridad del gobierno y del reciento para asegurar un ambiente seguro para todos los participantes.
¿Qué hago si no me siento bien durante la feria?
Si no te sientes bien acércate a la mesa de registro o habla con algún miembro de nuestro staff que estarán usando lanyard de arco iris.
