Sai Fong is the Director Operations at West Point Hospital. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Nursing from University of Sydney, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Management from University of Southern Queensland. She was also qualified as a Master Trainer for Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) from Stanford University. She has many years of experience in nursing administration, leadership, and quality improvement.

Sai Fong was elected to office as the first President of Case Management Society of Singapore in 2011 and re-elected as President in August 2013. The Case Management Society of Singapore aims to promote the professionalism and practice of case management in Singapore through the development of quality standards of performance, skill, service and conduct of Case Managers
