Mr. Michael Leow is the Director of Operations (Community) at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Singapore – a member of the National Healthcare Group (NHG).  He is responsible for the operational driving, implementation and support of care integration services and community outreach programmes for TTSH, and within the Central Regional Health System of Singapore where the NHG operates.  His scope includes mapping collaborations of the hospital with community health institutions and social partners to provide quality healthcare services to patients through sustainable and cost-effective models of care delivery.

Mr. Leow received his Master’s and Bachelor degrees in Engineering (Mechanical) from the National University of Singapore.  A certified Six-Sigma Black Belt, he had also attended the Senior Executive Programme of the London Business School and the Social Leadership Singapore Programme.  Prior to his current appointment, he was the pioneer Head of Operations & Administration of the National University Heart Centre, Singapore where he was responsible for its overall operations and business management.
