Dr. Chairat Panthuraamphorn, Managing Director and CEO of Samitivej Hospital Group (Thailand), has experiences in healthcare industry and hospital management as a top executive level for over 10 years.
Dr. Chairat received his Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) in 1978 and Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1981 from Mahidol University, Thailand. In 1984, he received Diplomate Thai Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology from Mahidol University and dedicated to work as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist at HuaChiew Hospital (Public hospital in Thailand) before changing to management field.
Before joining Samitivej in 2007, Dr. Chairat held executive position in HuaChiew Hospital as Deputy Hospital Director for 2 years, and then worked with Samitivej in the same position at Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital from 2007 to 2009. After that in 2009, he worked as a Hospital Director at Samitivej Sriracha hospital until 2011 and held the same position at Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital until now. During 2012 – 2013, he was a Deputy CEO at Samitivej Public Company Limited which responsible for 4 hospitals in the group. With remarkable management skills and his accomplishments, this year, he is appointed as Managing Director and CEO, responsible for all 6 hospitals in the group.
