Marcin Grochoci?ski is a Technology and Innovation Director at INEA - one of the leaders of open access networks in Poland. As an infrastructure operator under Fiberhost brand the company focuses on enabling access for service providers to the open access Fiber-To-The-Home network at the bit stream access level. The company is also present in the segment of services for individual customers, companies, local government units and schools . Due to the excellent quality of the network, INEA provides the fastest fixed-line Internet in Poland (according to the independent Speedtest.pl ranking).  Marcin Grochoci?ski has been working at INEA since 2004 -  from the very beginning of his professional career. He has held various positions so far: as an engineer in the beginning,  then as a manager or project manager he was in charge of the Digital TV service, network maintenance and technical support. As a Digital TV Service Director he had the opportunity to gather experience in the field of product development. He became Technical Director in 2016 leading the INEA?s engineering team. Since 2020 he has held the Technology and Innovation Director position and is responsible for network and service engineering as well as for the IT systems in the whole INEA Group.
