Troy helps facilitate discussion and fosters partnerships in the technical community with leading data storage and computer system designers, SSD manufacturers, industry groups, corporate, government, and legal clients. Troy’s partners and clients benefit from his over 25 years of experience in the data recovery and digital forensics industries. Troy is based in the Tampa Florida area and attended DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, Az. where he received a diploma in computer electronics and data communications. He holds a certificate in project management from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
