William earned his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and completed postdoctoral training in Biochemistry at Dartmouth College. He then joined Adimab in 2008 in antibody engineering, focusing on building the platform and executing discovery and engineering programs. He subsequently moved into the Strategic Alliances and Business Development group and focuses on establishing new partnerships and strategically monitoring the biologics landscape.
