Festival of Biologics Day 2 @ 15:30

Preclinical characterization of IPH4502, a differentiated Nectin-4-targeted exatecan ADC

  • IPH4502 is a differentiated Nectin-4 ADC with a high-affinity antibody with a non-overlapping epitope with enfortumab vedotin (EV), a potent exatecan payload to overcome key MMAE-related limitations and a proprietary stable linker slowing the release of free exatecan
  • In preclinical models, at same doses, IPH4502 shows superior efficacy to EV in bladder cancer models with low Nectin-4 expression, as well as in models of primary or induced resistance to EV
  • In preclinical models, IPH4502 shows efficacy in multiple non-urothelial cancer types (e.g., triple-negative breast, head and neck squamous cell, and esophageal cancers) and strong combination potential with PD-1 targeting agents
