Héloïse Cahuzac is a Chemical Biology Researcher at the University of Strasbourg, working at the interface of chemistry and biology to develop next-generation bioconjugates for targeted therapy. Her research focuses on the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and antibody–oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs). Her work explores new approaches to bioconjugation and targeted drug delivery, with a particular interest in unconventional payloads and novel mechanisms of action. By combining chemical synthesis, bioconjugation and biological evaluation, she aims to expand the range of therapeutic strategies that can be enabled by bioconjugates beyond conventional approaches. At the Festival of Biologics Basel 2026, Héloïse will present an academic perspective on the development of innovative bioconjugates and the exploration of new payloads for targeted therapeutics.
