Agathe Mahé is a Research Associate at NBE Therapeutics, a Boehringer Ingelheim subsidiary, where she contributes to the pre-clinical development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). She joined NBE Therapeutics after completing her Master's thesis in Biochemistry within the company and has since focused on innovative conjugation technologies, as well as the biophysical and analytical characterization of ADCs. Her work leverages advanced analytical techniques to evaluate molecular stability, and critical quality attributes, supporting the development of robust and effective ADC therapeutics.
