MSInsight is a French molecular diagnostics company specialising in the bioinformatic analysis of genomic data to identify and validate biomarkers that guide therapeutic decisions.
Our first solution – MSIcare - targets microsatellite instability (MSI), a key predictive biomarker of response to immune checkpoint inhibitors. MSI is routinely misclassified, and around one in four eligible patients never receives immunotherapy as a result. For drug developers, this translates into missed enrolment, diluted trial signals and underserved indications. Detecting MSI directly from standard NGS data our solution achieves over 98% sensitivity, validated on more than 3,000 clinical cases across tumour types. CE-IVD evaluation is under way.
