Finn Therapeutics are developing a First-in-Class therapeutic to address the unmet need and poor outcomes in advanced renal cell carcinoma, moving beyond immunotherapy and VEGF blockade by targeting a pathway which tumours actively employ to evade immunity, invade and survive. FTX-2802 is a humanised monoclonal antibody with excellent developability profile, shown to block the signal and inhibit tumour growth in vivo. We are seeking to raise £1.8m in seed capital to progress our preclinical journey, with a view to completing P1 trials within 4 years. Finn are a lean and dedicated group of expert drug developers, with a great track record, supported by multiple KOLs in the field.
