Alp Bio – Immunogenicity Intelligence, Grounded in Human Biology
Alp Bio is building the first integrated platform to detect and reduce Anti-Drug Antibody (ADA) risk early in antibody development. We integrate human tonsil-derived ex vivo immune data with advanced protein AI models to assess and engineer antibody sequences, lowering ADA probability ahead of clinical development.
Tonsil organoids are the only ex vivo model that replicates human B and T cell interactions at scale, and this population-scale immune response data is the missing piece most AI-driven antibody design has lacked. While generative AI accelerates the creation of novel antibodies, immunogenicity remains one of the largest hidden failure risks in the field. Our platform closes this gap, feeding human-relevant immune signal into AI-guided sequence optimization in a continuous learning loop.
We partner with biotech and pharma teams on ADA risk assessment, asset de-immunization, and co-development of low-immunogenicity biobetters.
Our goal: help promising biologics survive the immune system and reach patients safely and efficiently.
