Yen Teck Kong, Chief IT Officer, Singapore University of Social Sciences

Yen Teck is the Chief IT Officer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He has dedicated his entire career to higher education, and is most passionate about sharing and helping other universities adopt academic and research administration systems. He co-founded and chaired the Asia chapter of the Higher Education User Group (https://www.heug.org/), or HEUG in short. HEUG is one of the largest self-initiated, self-run, non-profit, vendor agnostic higher education user communities in the world. Apart from his voluntary work at HEUG, Yen Teck also sits in the Customer Advisory Board of some leading higher education product companies.
