As the Chief Information Officer at Ateneo de Manila University, one of the leading universities in the Philippines, she leads the strategic planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives crucial to the institution’s academic, administrative, and research functions. With over 20 years of experience in IT service management, infrastructure management, and operations management, she is instrumental in delivering innovative, efficient, and secure IT solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of the university community and stakeholders. Before joining Ateneo, she made significant contributions at Globe Group, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the Philippines. She spearheaded a cloud and infrastructure transformation program, successfully migrating workloads from external providers to Globe's data centers, reducing operational expenses and enhancing service offerings through a multi-cloud strategy. Earlier, at Meralco, the largest electric distribution utility in the Philippines, she managed and monitored over 100 in-production ICT systems, oversaw critical infrastructure upgrades, including enterprise servers, SAN switches, and data center networks, and completed the Disaster Recovery Site. She also initiated the development of Meralco's proactive event and service monitoring system, laying the foundation for enhanced reliability and efficiency across the ICT landscape.
