With a wealth of IT experience spanning various industries including manufacturing, retailing, telecommunications, and higher education, Mr. Tse has proven to be a versatile professional. He has dedicated over three decades of his career to The Hong Kong Metropolitan University, where he has held several key positions. He served in the President’s Office for a decade and currently holds the position of Deputy Director of IT in the Information Technology Office. In his current role, Mr. Tse oversees five professional teams responsible for supporting a range of areas. These include ERP systems, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, information security, and various information systems and projects. His leadership ensures the smooth operation and security of the university's IT systems.
