Neil leads CityFibre’s technology and systems strategy. With over 30 years’ industry experience – including senior roles across BT Group and Juniper Networks – Neil is known for his pioneering mindset and ability to turn bold technology vision into real-world outcomes.
Throughout his career, Neil has overseen some of the industry’s largest-scale transformation programmes, developed high-performing next generation platforms to underpin critical national infrastructure, and designed new network architectures capable of supporting AI cluster deployment.
Neil has been a non-executive director for the London Internet Exchange for two decades, reflecting his commitment to ensuring the UK’s position as a leading digital economy.
