3-time winner UK CEO of the Year.

Chairman, Airband, one of the rural Altnet’s. We’ve raised another c£200m, since I joined. I champion Fixed Wireless Access as an alternative to uneconomic fibre, in rural areas. 
 
In the first fibre roll-out (Cable TV) I ran 2 of Telewest’s 4 regions: Liverpool-Manchester-Blackpool, and then I merged 5 cable businesses to create a region that ran from Gatwick, Kent, Essex and London north and south of the river.

I started AdEPT in a spare bedroom, took it to c£75m revenue, and then sold it for £100 million.

As a MD/CEO, I had the honour of reporting increased EBITDA for 29 consecutive years, and have completed 43 technology mergers and acquisitions. 

Member of the Cabinet Office SME Panel for 8 years, advising how to increase public sector spend with SME's.
