Cressida Stephenson is Founder and CEO of EdenChase Associates, a disability and neuroinclusion consultancy that helps regulated financial services operationalise and systemise inclusion enterprise-wide. With over 30 years in recruitment and executive search, she turns good intentions into measurable, systemic competitive advantage. She is the creator and host of UDC (Unlocking Disability Confidence), a cohort programme that has helped over 200 organisations progress through the Disability Confident scheme, moving them from awareness to operational capability. She is also the creator of EdenCare™, a pioneering vulnerability response decisioning engine that sits between digital channels and human specialists, giving financial services a consistent, evidence-led way to respond to vulnerable customers at scale, turning Consumer Duty obligations into operational capability. A disabled entrepreneur and parent of neurodivergent children, Cressida brings lived experience to every engagement. She is a member of the Better Hiring Institute and the UK Fairer Hiring Expert Panel, and has spoken on inclusion at the House of Commons.
