- Amy Low is Chief Executive at AbilityNet a technology and digital accessibility charity whose vision is “A Digital World Accessible to All”. AbilityNet operates a scale network of digital inclusion support across the four nations, partnering with corporate, public and third sector to ensure no-one is left behind in our increasingly digitised world. It provides a range of services for individuals and organisations including 1-1 support services, online resources, accessibility consultancy and training and convenes the accessibility community to share best practices and celebrate successes in a range of events including TechShare Pro and the Tech4Good awards programme. Having spent 15 years working in a variety of roles within serviced property and IT services, Amy joined AbilityNet in 2016, drawn by the opportunity to leverage technology to remove barriers to participation for disabled people and create a better digital experience for everyone. Amy sits on the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) sponsored Digital Inclusion Action Committee as a member of the Inclusive Digital Services Subcommittee, Is on the expert partner board for The Connection Project a cross sector initiative to solve digital exclusion, and is a Community Board Member of the Digital Poverty Alliance.
